We appreciate you shopping with Zen Hen and hope you love what you bought!

If you need to return or exchange your Zen Hen gear for any reason, please reach out via info@zen-hen.com.

We are in the process of getting a return and exchange portal up and running to make it easy.

Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Exchanges

We want your experience to bring zen, not frustration. We will happily work with you to get you the right size or item.

Returns

If it is something that is just not going to work, we will accept a return. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.

ZenTastic Guarantee

We guarantee everything we make here at Zen Hen. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction you may return it to us for a replacement or store credit. You have our word.
